Q1. Can I have a sample order for any kind of sanitary pads?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What is the minimum order quantity for sanitary napkins?

A: Our MOQ of daytime/overnight pad is 100,000pcs per size, the MOQ of panty liner is 200,000pcs per size.

Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by the sea. It usually takes 35-40 days to dispatch after getting deposit. Airline and train shipping also optional.

Q4. What is your payment terms and how to make it?

 A: Normally we accept 40%~50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before loading container, If you have any other suggestion, please contact us.

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q6. What is the delivery time?

A: Our lead time for first order is 35-40 days, for repeat orders is 20-25 days, it depends on the exact order quantity and related products.

Q7. How do you control the quality?
